10th European Deaf Athletics Championships 2019
After the third day in the Lohrheidestadium in the city of Bochum expand their medal score lead significantly with nine gold medalists. Only in the javelin there were no Russian competitors. Matteo Masetti from convinced with a clear result 65.79, six meters more than the runner-up Jakub Nosek from Czech Republic who fancied chances.
Most oft he medals in the other events were predominantly won by participants from Russia and Ukraine.
The Russian athlete Andzhela Alemseitova showed an extraodrinary long jump perfomance. With merely one failed attempt she improved her width from 5.87 m to 6.19 m.
Long jumpers
The 400m hurdles where won by Alan Tyshchenko (RUS) Gold followed by the Ukrainian Serhii Kompaniiets and compatriot Konstantin Grebenshchikov. All three quickly lead the field and delivered an exciting and close race.
In tghe competition over 400m women name was program Viktoriia Aksenova from Russia und die Viktoriya Kochmaryk from Ukraine obviously lead the field already after the fourth hurdle, Aksenova won the race.
The 5000m race in the early evening was decided between Polish Michal Wojciechowski and Russian Aleksei Elnikov who attacked late and won gold. Last event was the 5000m women, won by . Diana Solodova.
